Your Community, Your Place
Our accommodations, building highlights, and pricing schedules have been created with Steinbach and Southeast Manitoba seniors in mind. Both Fernwood Place – featuring 136 one- and two-bedroom suites – and Linden Place – with 33 one-bedroom apartments – are located near pharmacy, banking, shopping, and dining facilities, and residents at each are welcome to take advantage of active living programs, church services, and transportation options. At Steinbach Housing, we recognize the importance of providing safe, comfortable accommodations within an active, vibrant community.
Mission Statement
Steinbach Housing has a mission to provide safe, adequate, and affordable, independent housing in a Christian environment, for seniors in the Steinbach area.
Application & Pricing
We welcome applications to both Fernwood Place and Linden Place! Before applying, we recommend that you have a look at the information in our Steinbach Housing Handbook. And don’t hesitate to get in touch regarding pricing schedules for both residences.
